Choose to Have Meaningful Moments

When you choose to do everything — do it, not to get it done — do everything to have fun!

Be love!

Be fun!

Choose to have meaningful moments.

The only moment we have access to is this moment right now.

What do you want to do with the rest of your life?

Choose to have meaningful relationship moments.
Choose to have meaningful health moments.
Choose to have meaningful money moments.
Choose to have meaningful travel moments.
Choose to have meaningful family moments.

Choose to make every moment meaningful.

You can only live and experience this very moment as you desire.

The most meaning you can imbue this moment with is . . . fun, feels good, and joyful.

Right Now, I choose to share this idea with you to make this moment meaningful.

Your Good Feelings Indicate Your Alignment

No matter what you desire in your life, your good feelings indicate your alignment to having it.

Do you want a better (or new) relationship?

Do you want more financial flow?

Do you want better health and well being?

Whatever you want, your good feelings indicate your alignment to your desires.

Do you want a better (or new) relationship?

If you know that you want a better (or new) relationship, you desire to move towards feeling  better in your relationship. When you are looking at a new better feeling relationship ideal, and you believe your are going towards that, you feel good, and your good feelings indicate your alignment with your desires.

If you know that you want a better (or new) relationship, and you believe that you are not going to get there, you will feel bad, and your bad feeling only indicates your misalignment with your desires.

Alignment = thoughts and good feelings that believe you will get your relationship.

Misalignment = thoughts and bad feeling that believe you will not get your relationship.

Do you want more financial flow?

If you know that you want more financial flow, you desire to move towards feeling good with your finances. When you are looking at better feeling finances ideal, and you believe your are going towards that, you feel good, and your good feelings indicate your alignment with your desires.

If you know that you want more financial flow, and you believe that you are not going to get there, you will feel bad, and your bad feeling only indicates your misalignment with your desires.

Alignment = thoughts and good feelings that believe you will get your finances.

Misalignment = thoughts and bad feeling that believe you will not get your finances.

Do you want better health and well being?

If you know that you want better health and well being, you desire to move towards feeling good with your health and well being. When you are looking at your better health and well being ideal, and you believe your are going towards that, you feel good, and your good feelings indicate your alignment with your desires.

If you know that you want better health and well being, and you believe that you are not going to get there, you will feel bad, and your bad feeling only indicates your misalignment with your desires.

Alignment = thoughts and good feelings that believe you will get your health and well being.

Misalignment = thoughts and bad feeling that believe you will not get your health and well being.

How you feel is everything.

Focus on what you want and why you want it until you look at what you want in ways that feel good.

Do you want a better (or new) relationship?

Focus on your better (or new) relationship and tell a story that feels good. This story does not have to be physically present now, all you need to do is tell a story that feels better and let go and let God take care of the details.

Say something like . . . I love my relationship. I love that we have fun together. I love traveling together. I love when we make love together. I love that God/Life/Energy is taking care of the details. I love enjoying my feeling of alignment with my soul which is evident in my improved relationship. I love telling my good feeling stories and being surprised with the good feeling manifestations God provides me for my loving relationship.

Do you want more financial flow?

Focus on more financial flow and tell a story that feels good. This story does not have to be physically present now, all you need to do is tell a story that feels better and let go and let God take care of the details.

Say something like . . . I love my cash flow. I love that money is fun. I love traveling in first class. I love when unexpected money comes to me. I love that God/Life/Energy is taking care of the details. I love enjoying my feeling of alignment with my soul which is evident in my improved relationship with money. I love telling my good feeling money stories and being surprised with the good feeling manifestations God provides me through business, cash flow, and money blessings.

Do you want better health and well being?

Focus on better health and well being and tell a story that feels good. This story does not have to be physically present now, all you need to do is tell a story that feels better and let go and let God take care of the details.

Say something like . . . I love my health and well being. I love that I feel good. I love that some parts of my body are feeling good all the time. I love that God/Life/Energy is taking care of the details. I love enjoying my feeling of alignment with my soul which is evident in my improved health and well being. I love telling my good feeling stories and being surprised with the good feeling health and well being manifestations God provides me for daily.

The better you feel, the more you are in alignment with everything you desire.

How Much Joy Do You Experience?

In the mid 1990s I began to equate my success with the amount of things I had.

I believed my success was less than it could be because of the amount of things I had (or rather did not have).

Only after getting to a very low point in my life in the mid 1990s did I look deeply at the way I identified success.

Today I realize that for many years up to that period in the mid 1990s I focused on joy and that is what I experienced.

The more I focused on feeling joy — the more my life went extremely well. I met the right people,  I was able to travel, and the trappings of success — the money and stuff came to me easily. I KNEW that the world was a good place.

During the low point in my life in the mid 1990s I was no longer satisfied with living only a joyful life and taking the good feeling things that came to me. I began to feel entitled to more.

I had read numerous self-help books. I knew that my thoughts were things. At that time I wanted particular trappings of success — I wanted money and stuff — I wanted more.

The more I wanted money and stuff
the more these trappings of success began to elude me.
The more I struggled with wanting more
the more I achieved that.
The more I entertained doubt and disappointment
the more I manifested that.
The more I focused on what was wrong and felt bad with my thoughts
the more I experienced that.

During all those years, I continued to read and study inspirational books. I meditated and I worked to be the best person I could be. However, my focus was on the forms rather than the feelings.

During the following five year period, I got many of the forms that I felt I desired only to discover that they did not provide the feelings I imagined they would.

In 1999-2000, After much thought and reflection, I wrote my first book:

I AM Creating My Own Experience

In that book, one of the main concepts was a chapter entitled: I AM the Feelings not the Forms.

That concept transformed my life.

Today I focus on the Feelings over the forms.

I love good feeling relationships.
I love good feeling cash flow.
I love good feeling homes.
I love good feeling cars.
I love good feeling friends.
I love good feeling conversations.
I love good feeling thoughts.

I love good feeling trips.
I love good feeling ________________.

I love the feelings over the forms.

I love particular forms.

I desire particular forms.

Mostly I desire good feelings in-forming everything in my life.

How much joy do you experience?

Do you think a particular form is going to give it to you?

Do you know that you can feel joy right now without anything but your thoughts?

Joy is present or not because of the direction of your thoughts.

Pain is felt when you look at something you desire and you decide it is not coming to you, even when you have no evidence to prove that.

Joy is felt when you look at something you desire and you decide that it is coming to you, even when you have no evidence to prove that, even when you do not know how you will get that.

Imagine more Joy.

Imagine things working out — without knowing how from where you are.

Imagine that Joy is the best standard that identifies success.

The Love Game

In our family we love to play the love game.

What is the love game?

Quite simply, we love taking time each day to praise what we love.

As we praise what we love we raise our vibration.

As we appreciated the things we love we raise our vibration.

I love the hot sunny weather.
I love my new camera.
I love the wonderful meals mom cooks.
I love when you guys do the dishes.
I love traveling to Hawaii.
I love swimming at the beach.

Now as we play the love game, the things that we say we love, are a combination of actual physical things presently in our life as well as imaginary things we look forward to experiencing in our life.

Actual Physical Things . . .

I love our dish washer.
I love our DVDs.
I love our clocks.
I love my clothes.
I love my comfy bed.
I love my partner.
I love our good tasting food.
I love our view.

Imaginary Things a coming to us . . .

I love traveling to Australia.
I love having the new iPad.
I love good feeling running shoes.
I love dining in Paris.
I love multimillion dollar homes.
I love good feeling Financial Freedom.

Now when I say imaginary things a coming to you, what I mean is that these things are still something you are formulating in your imagination.

These are not imaginary things in the sense that you will only see them in your imagination.

These are imaginary things in the sense that what you play with in your imagination eventually becomes your reality.

Too often, people play with imaginary things they do not wish to experience until they become reality.

Imaginary Things we do not want (but seem to play with) . . .

What if I lose my job?
What if my partner is not in love with me?
What if we never get out of debt?
What if . . .

We use our mind (our imagination) to create the basis of our life.

What are you using your mind (your imagination) to create today?

What would you like to use your mind (your imagination) to create today?

The choice is yours in every moment of your life.

Focus on the things you desire.

Focus on the thing you love.

Focus your energy with the love game.

What would you love to experience today?

I love my good feeling relationships.
I love my good feeling financial freedom.
I love my good feeling homes.
I love my good feeling travel.
I love my good feeling career.
I love relaxing on good feeling beaches.
I love my good feeling cars.
I love watching good feeling movies.
I love my good feeling world experiences.

Play the love game with your family and friends and watch your energy change and enjoy your imagination becoming your reality the more often you play the love game having fun.
