Freedom Through Relaxation
What does relaxation mean to you?
Does it mean doing absolutely nothing?
Does it mean doing things only for yourself?
Whatever it means to you, relaxation is your key to your freedom.
============
You can access a sense of freedom through your focus on relaxation.
Whatever allows you to feel a sense of relief from where you are in the moment creates relaxation for you.
In any moment it could be . . .
A deep breath.
A full stretch.
A tearful cry.
A scream at the top of your lungs.
============
Some of those things may seem to be counter intuitive to creating relaxation and freedom, however when you use them to go from a stressful place to one of more relief, your relaxation leads to freedom.
Your physical body is the outer manifestation of your inner world.
If you feel stressful, your body will exhibit stressful symptoms.
============
If you increase the stress on any object, the object eventually breaks down.
If you decrease the stress on any object, the object lasts longer.
Your physical body works the same way, if you increase the stress level on your body it breaks down quicker than if you decrease the stress on it.
============
Decreased stress is the path to more freedom.
Relaxation is the path to more freedom.
============
So look at your life . . . how much stress are you under?
Now consciously make it less.
Do whatever you have to do in order to make your life stress less.
Laugh, sing, dance, take a course, volunteer in the community, take time for yourself, or anything else you need to do. The list of possibilities you can activate to create more Freedom in your life is endless. Keep trying every activity you can until you get the results you desire. You can do it.
Blessings,
Barry
