On occasion, I get mail and email from people who feel deeply disconnected and see some hope in my work. For this acknowledgment of my connection to Source, I humbly grateful.

I experience times of connection and disconnection - it is a part of the human condition. I am grateful that over the years I have built my personal Emotional Guidance Muscles through experiences of good and bad, wherein my times of disconnection are far shorter than ever before.

Recently I got another letter from someone feeling more disconnection than connection in their life, here is a response I offered when they looked at me for answers to their life (answers found within themselves and their connection with God/Life/Energy).

My job is not to guide you.

YOUR job is to guide you.

You have all the guidance available within you when you consciously connect with it.

You will know that your THOUGHTS ARE in alignment with YOUR journey when you FEEL GOOD.

You will know that your THOUGHTS ARE NOT in alignment with YOUR journey when you FEEL BAD.

Right Now, it appears that you feel bad (a sense of disconnection) from your source because of your question, which means that there is something important you desire to experience, but you cannot find your connection to it because you are looking away from what you desire.

Now that you have asked the question for yourself (to me), you have also asked Life for the answer.

Next, become aware of your feelings in your daily life.

When you FEEL GOOD  (Relaxed, Relief, Joyful Connected, etc) your thoughts are in alignment to the answers you seek.

When you FEEL BAD (tense, sad, angry, frustrated, disconnected, etc), you know two very important things:

1. You are feeling bad because there is something important that you want in the face of some experience.
2. You are feeling bad because you are looking at some experience (instead of what you want).

Once you begin to focus on the belief (with total trust) that you are going to get to the experience of what you want (without even needing to know the way), you will begin to align circumstances and events to experience just that.

Life is set up for everyone to win.
Life knows your deepest heartfelt most secret beliefs.
Life knows your Ultimate Life Purpose.
Life is taking care of both for you right now.
When you trust that process, and you ask a question of Life (as you have done) … Life only gives you the very next step … Life DOES NOT give you the entire road map.
Trust Life more and you will discover that “Life is set up for everyone to win” (including you).

Life can only answer you in response to what you believe.

At the moment, your energy is more of the belief that “I cannot find the answer”, so as a result you cannot find the answer.

When you change your energy and believe that “Life is set up for you to win”, you will discover that it is.

Please begin to BELIEVE (truly believe) that Life is set up for you to win, and you shall experience that.

Rarely from a place of feeling disconnection do you go to Instant Manifestation.

However, I promise you that you can over time go from wherever you are to WHEREVER you desire to be.

I love the work of Jerry and Esther Hicks with Abraham.

They talk a lot about the power of the stream of your desires in your individual life. They say that everything you desire is downstream (path of least resistance), while most people paddle very hard upstream (in an effort to get everything done).

Today I had an AHA around their upstream/downstream concepts that to me has been simple and profound as follows:

Only your Focus makes your life harder or easier.

Upstream Focus (harder)

Feel Good and everything you desire comes to you.

Downstream Focus (easier)

Feel Good and everything you desire comes to you.

Ask yourself, Where do you place your focus?

Upstream?
Downstream?
On the results?
On the feelings?

Focus more on the feelings you desire over the forms you desire, and all you desire comes to you.

Once again, the feelings are more important than the forms in your life.

A quote that I love from Abraham-Hicks is the following:

“You are Free!
You are so free, you may even choose bondage.”

Using the Law of Attraction principles, let’s look a little deeper into this concept of Freedom.

The Law of Attraction says that wherever you place your focus, your energy flows, and you get more of the same.

I call this your Creation Vibration.

Your Creation Vibration is set in place matching wherever you are energetically in the moment.

Wherever you are energetically in the moment, you are Vibrating/Creating more of the same.

If you are angry, your Creation Vibration is set at anger, and you are attracting more of the same.

If you are happy, your Creation Vibration is set at joy, and you are attracting more of the same.

Right Now I AM Free.

When my friend/lover/nurturing partner and I talk about our life, we talk about it through the concept of Freedom.

“You are Free!
You are so free, you may even choose bondage.”

When we are heading off to our current employment, we say to each other … “Remember you are free right now!”

The reason we remind each other of our FREEDOM is because whatever we are activating energetically in the moment, we are attracting more of … and we attract anything we are focused upon.

The more FREEDOM you appreciate and embody in every moment … the more FREEDOM you allow and enjoy in every moment.

The more LOVE you appreciate and embody in every moment … the more LOVE you allow and enjoy in every moment.

The more SUCCESS you appreciate and embody in every moment … the more SUCCESS you allow and enjoy in every moment.

The more ABUNDANCE you appreciate and embody in every moment … the more ABUNDANCE you allow and enjoy in every moment.

The more PEACE you appreciate and embody in every moment … the more PEACE you allow and enjoy in every moment.

The more HEALTH you appreciate and embody in every moment … the more HEALTH you allow and enjoy in every moment.

The more JOY you appreciate and embody in every moment … the more JOY you allow and enjoy in every moment.

The more FUN you appreciate and embody in every moment … the more FUN you allow and enjoy in every moment.

The more loving nurturing SEX you appreciate and embody in every moment … the more loving nurturing SEX you allow and enjoy in every moment.

The more WEALTH you appreciate and embody in every moment … the more WEALTH you allow and enjoy in every moment.

The more KINDNESS you appreciate and embody in every moment … the more KINDNESS you allow and enjoy in every moment.

The more RELIEF you appreciate and embody in every moment … the more RELIEF you allow and enjoy in every moment.

That is the Power of Now.

Right Now is the Point of Power.

Rigth Now you are attracting something … are you conscious of what you are attracting?

Consciously Choose to appreciate and embody in every moment whatever you desire to experience more of.

If someone else has the experience of something you desire to experience, appreciate that they have it.

If you desire to experience something (which you as yet do not apparently have), embody what you imagine that experience shall make you feel like because that attracts it to you.

Whatever you believe (think + feel), you set your Creation Vibration to attract more of.

Stop looking at what is not working in your life.

Stop telling the story of things you do not wish to experience.

Both of these actions only Attract more of the same.

Start looking Only at what you would like to work in your life.

Start telling Only the story of what you desire.

Both of these actions Attract more of the same.

It has been a while since my last post.

Our family was traveling in Europe. It was our first European Family vacation together. We traveled to London, Paris, Nice, Florence, and Rome. Twenty-three days in total (including travel days).

During the entire trip, I was very appreciative of all our blessings.

I have formed this prayer to activate my Creation Vibration Powerfully in this and every moment.

Thank You God for everything in my life.

Thank You God for filling every moment of my life with Freedom, Joy, and Expansion.

Thank You God for my easy, joyful, and bubbling laughter in the face of too much seriousness or fear.

Thank You God for my easy and joyful path of least resistance clearly presented for me and clearly accepted by me right now and in every moment.

Thank You God for my life blossoming in even more joyful and glorious ways that I ever imagined before (when I let You take care of the details).

Thank You God for my openness to play more in life and Your encouragement for me to play more.

Thank You God for my absolute freedom to be, do, and have all I desire in my life, through my beliefs (thoughts + feelings in action).

Thank You God for my absolute faith that all I desire is easily and instantly take care of by the Divine.

Thank You God for the 99% Pure Potential Empty Space of Life and it’s ability to Manifest Instantly through wherever I place my energy and focus and beliefs.

Thank You God for every contrasting experience in my life that easily and joyfully helps me to place my focus onto “Whatever I desire to Manifest with God”.

Thank You God for my total release from desire and need, which totally allows my dreams to flow to me.

Thank You God for my Emotional Guidance System and my Awareness that my “bad” feelings mean 1). there is something important that I want and 2). I am thinking about something other than what I want.

Thank You God for making the creation process for my life totally clear, easy, and joyful to understand, as well as to manifest.

Thank You God for nudging me to laugh regularly, and more importantly LAUGH through my seriousness into joyfulness.

Thank You God for all Blessings. I revel in what looks like a blessing. You reveal the blessings in what looks like the very opposite.

I hope this prayer blesses you as much as it has me.

Today is a day of relaxation in Paris.

I have been travelling with my family around Europe.

I am appreciating everything about the trip.

The diversity of cultures and beliefs and experiences.

The incredible history, monuments, and art.

The apartments we stay in.

The places we buy our food, clothing, and gifts.

I Love Paris in the Summer Time.
