Thoughts + Feelings = Manifestations

This is a response I made to a question I had recently . . .

It matters not how you manifested something - because thinking about how you manifested something only keeps that Creation Vibration active.

Look at what you have manifested and ask how you first felt when you discovered this manifestation?

Thought + Feeling = Manifestation

Whatever you were thinking and feeling before about the little things in your life took the path of least resistance and manifested as this experience.

eg: If your manifestation feels ANGRY, then you were thinking and feeling ANGRY enough about the little things in your life, that they have now manifested as this ANGRY feeling manifestation.

eg: If your manifestation feels UNWORTHY, then you were thinking and feeling UNWORTHY enough about the little things in your life, that they have now manifested as this UNWORTHY feeling manifestation.

SO WHAT!

More importantly is your original question: How do I get the dollars to show up?

Tell the best feeling story you can, something like . . .

Wow! I love my emotional guidance system. I love the Law of Attraction. I love that this manifestation is only an indicator of my past vibration! I love feeling relief knowing that no one did this to me. I did this to me. I can laugh about it now. I was a vibrational match to this feeling place long enough and unaware enough that it finally got bigger . . . so big in fact that it manifested. It feels so good to know that I have such incredible power in my life.

I work with the Law of Attraction every moment of my life. I love knowing that everything I am a vibrational match to shows up in my life. I love financial prosperity! I love that my daily story telling with feeling sets my vibration. When I feel strong good feeling emotion I am totally in alignment for the good I desire.

All of life is an illusion that I get to mold with my thoughts and feelings. Abundance! Financial freedom! Cash Flow come to me in response to my good feeling through the path of least resistance. I can imagine that pathway is only through my work. I can also imagine that CASH comes to me through whatever path Source chooses. In fact when I think about it, I have had incredible experience of money that came to me through avenues that were never work related. When I speak and feel great emotion, that means my vibration is strong - and the Law of Attraction is pleased to answer my good feeling vibrations with matching circumstances and events.

When I look at anything and feel bad, I am looking at it in a bogus way that Source never looks at. When I feel bad, my guidance system is telling me what I am looking at is not true. When I feel bad, my guidance system is telling me that I am activating self focused resistance.

When I feel GOOD, my guidance system is telling me what I am looking at is TRUE FOR ME. When I feel GOOD, my guidance system is telling me that I am activating self focused allowance. Feeling good activates my Allowance - Allowance is God’s money gift to me. I love feeling good just to feel good. I love that when I make feeling good my focus, Source takes care of the details!

Taking Action is most effective for me when I feel good and in alignment with my desires. When I feel good, I see my opportunities better, and take advice more effectively, rendezvous with the perfect people, and get my good feeling results quicker.

I Desire to Feel Good!

Today I answered an email about a painful situation in someone’s life. I hope this response helps you feel better in the face of your challenges too.

It sounds like you are feeling pain from this issue.

Stop thinking about this issue in the way you are because it is painful to you.

Start thinking about this issue in a way that provides relief to you.

You can only control what you think, feel, and do.

You have no control over others - EVER!

Ask yourself what you desire to experience from where you are now?

I hope that you desire to feel good!

You cannot look at what feels bad to feel good.

Make this your mantra (or edit it to suit you).

I desire to feel good. I cannot look at what feels bad and feel good. I desire to release my pain. I desire to let go of my pain, and let God bring me joy. I desire to feel good. Feeling good does not depend on particular people, places, things, and circumstances. I can feel good just for me. I desire to feel good. Feeling good does not depend on a particular job, relationship, or experience. I can feel good no matter what I am doing. When I feel good, I am aligning with the Divine that is ever present for me to feel good with. When I feel bad, I am looking at anything that does not feel good to me. I desire to feel good. When I feel good, the Divine orchestrates circumstances and events to bring GOOD FEELING people, places, things, and experiences into my life. I desire to feel good. I deserve to feel good. When I look at what sucks in my life - I always feel bad. When I look at what works in my life - I always feel good. I feel better just reading this affirmation and thinking about what feels good, and about what is working in my life. I love feeling good.

It Sounds Like It Was Time For Your Relationship To End

I love the work of Abraham-Hicks. It has transformed my life.

Here is the latest nugget that I have got from my understanding and studying of their information.

1. Thoughts: Good thoughts are thoughts that envision and believe you are going to create the manifestations you desire
2. Feelings: When you think good thoughts that match your Manifestations, you always feel good
3. Manifestations: When you have good thoughts that feel good your manifestations always end up feeling good

This is less about what you want, or what anyone else is doing . . . and MORE about what you are feeling at all times.

Abraham-Hicks encourage people to tell the best feeling story they can with their thoughts because they grow into their Manifestations.

If you have been telling a bad feeling story for a while, it can only grow into bad feeling manifestations.

“You can not get to a good feeling result through a bad feeling journey.”

You just have to make a decisions that nothing is more important than YOU FEELING GOOD!

So now I encourage you to tell the best feeling story you can . . . and continue to tell it until it manifests in your life.

Life always gives us Manifestations that match our thoughts and feelings.

Life is truly set up for us to win. When we are feeling good we are letting our good in.

Use this scale of emotions from Abraham-Hicks to help you feel better.

When you know your true feeling place, your life can really take off, by directing your thoughts towards feeling better.

We can only move one step up the scale from where we are, and then another from where we are, until we get back on top and feeling good.

For example . . . if you are feeling powerless about this situation (and you will know because you will feel it clearly) get angry about it which moves you up the scale of emotions. I keep a journal and work with my feelings daily. I write numbers 1 - 14, 1 being what I truly desire to feel (but am not even close to feeling) and 14 being (what I am feeling truly feeling in the moment). Then I use the scale and write (AND FEEL) one sentence as I move up the scale to feeling better. I know I am feeling better when I feel a sense of relief.

first . . . I write what I am truly feeling about a situation in position #14.

(I make sure this is my true feeling - it will resonant with me when it is the right feeling)

Next, because I know what I am truly feeling about this situation and I know what I do not want, I also know what I do want to feel.

Which I write in #1 postion

1. I love and appreciate that my good feeling thoughts manifest into my good feeling well-being and health

Then I go back down to #14 and look at the Emotional Guidiance Scale . . . and write one sentence (WITH FEELING) to activate feeling a little better each step of the way.

I work from the bottom up to the top - in my writing - AND MOST IMPORTANTLY IN MY FEELINGS!

1. I love and appreciate that my good feeling thoughts manifest into my good feeling well-being and health
2. I am so passionate that the better I feel the better I allow enriching freeing experiences in my life
3. I love feeling enthusiasm and a rush knowing that my dreams are invisible until they are 100% ready to manifest
4. I love feeling positive expectation and belief that I am allowing more in my life
5. I love feeling optimistic about my dreams and my life working together easily
6. I love feeling  hopeful because feeling better allows more good feeling things in my life
7. I think my biggest resistance to my good is feeling content in my life
8. I get pessimistic and bored and give up to be content with my life
9. I get frustrated, irritated, and impatient about my life as it is
10. I worry and doubt and feel discouraged and disappointed sometimes
11. I blame myself for everything in my life
12. Just because I felt overwhelmed with negative thoughts last week
13. I am angry so what if being sick is a natural manifestation of being negatively focused
14. I hate being sick because I feel useless when I am sick.

This entire exercise is not to change the condition, because we can rarely change the people, places, things, and conditions in our life.

This entire exercise is TO FEEL BETTER because that is the only thing we can change.

When I feel better, I change my VIBRATION which attracts everything I desire.

The way I am feeling sets my Creation Vibration.
Feel bad attract bad feeling experiences.
Feel good attract good feeling experiences.

Make feeling good the most important thing YOU DO FOR YOU.

Don’t worry about others.

Do everything you can, so you feel better.

Only use your thoughts so that you feel better
don’t worry about what others feel
Only use your feelings so that you feel better
don’t worry about what others feel
Only use your words so that you feel better
don’t worry about what others feel
Only use your actions so that you feel better
don’t worry about what others feel

Others may call this selfish
but if you don’t feel good you have no good feelings to give others.
Others may call this selfish
and they say this from their selfish perspective.
Others may call this selfish
and eventually they will move out of your life because they can no longer control you.
Others may call this selfish
but you know that it is loving and good.

Carry a scale of these emotions in your pocket and refer to it to help you focus the direction of your thoughts towards feeling better.

The better you feel the better your life becomes.

It does not matter that anyone else understand what you understand. If you are feeling better, your life is going to be better and better.

Talk about a long post. All of this started when some asked me about what my advice on their relationship ending.

I could have just said, the only relationship you ever need worry about is the one between you and God/Life/Energy. When you and God Truly Feel Good together - everyone else in your life matches that Good Feeling Vibe.

Every Particle of the Universe Can Help Us

All of life is set up for us to win. When we are feeling good, we let our good in.

When we feel bad because we think we will not find our answer, we cannot find our answer, even when our answer is right before us.

When we feel good because we think we will find our answer, we always do find our answer, because we know we are going to find it.

Feeling good works in every aspect of life, and through every person, place, thing, and experience.

In every particle of the Universe, there is the potential for what you do not wish to see, as well as the potential for what you desire to see.

EVERY PARTICLE OF THE UNIVERSE CAN HELP US.

EVERY PERSON!

EVERY PLACE!

EVERY THING!

Even the person whom you would consider the farthest from a friend has the ability and connections to help you live your dreams.

When you can BELIEVE that you are going to accomplish your dreams, and you are open to whatever is the easiest path to your dreams, even the person whom you would consider the farthest from a friend has the ability and connections to help you live your dreams joyfully and easily and compatibly.
