How Are You Feeling When You Make Your Decisions?

May 19th, 2010

I have shared before that we have four creative powers in our life:

1. Thoughts
2. Feelings
3. Words
4. Actions

The order I share your creative powers in is very important.

#1 Thoughts

The Creative Process starts with your Thoughts. All things start with Thought. When you think about something, you activate it in your Creation Vibration.

#2 Feelings

Your Thoughts create your Feelings.

When you think you are going to achieve a desire in your life, you will feel good.

When you think you are NOT going to achieve a desire in your life, you will feel bad.

Now there are many different words we can use to describe our feelings, but they generally all feel good or bad to us depending upon where we are feeling in the moment.

I love the Scale of Emotions described by Abraham-Hicks:

1. Joy/Knowledge/Empowerment/Freedom/Love/Appreciation
2. Passion
3. Enthusiasm/Eagerness/Happiness
4. Positive Expectation/Belief
5. Optimism
6. Hopefulness
7. Contentment
8. Boredom
9. Pessimism
10. Frustration/Impatience/Irritation
11. “Overwhelment”
12. Disappointment
13. Doubt

14. Worry
15. Blame
16. Discouragement
17. Anger
18. Revenge
19. Hatred/Rage
20. Jealousy
21. Insecurity/Guilt/Unworthiness
22. Fear/Grief/Depression/Despair/Powerlessness

Feelings have been misunderstood for many years by many people. I like the way that Abraham-Hicks talks about feelings with this rudimentary scale. Awareness of the way you are feeling can transform your life.

No matter where you are on this scale . . . let’s say you are at #15. BLAME.

When you are feeling BLAME, rarely can you jump to the top of the scale to feel JOY right away. However, we can move from BLAME to WORRY with one thought that feels a little better. We can eventually move all the way up to the top of the scale to truly feeling JOY.

When you are feeling BLAME, you can often jump all the way down to the bottom of the scale and FEAR right away. The ability to jump to the bottom of the scale is generally easier for most people because jumping down the scale is a habit that has been practiced over time by many people in our society.

No matter where you are on the scale . . . let’s say you are at #15. BLAME . . . when you think towards achieving your goals, you will feel better, and when you think away from achieving your goals, you will feel worse.

#3 Words

Your Words are your Thoughts and Feelings manifest.

Your Words contain both Thoughts and Feelings.

You can say the same Words and they can mean very different things.

I love you.

You can say the Words, I love you, and you can be Thinking and Feeling so many different things that the Words, I love you, can be very different in their intentions and results.

Think: I love you
Feel: I love you
Say: I love you

Think: you’re spineless
Feel: I hate you
Say: I love you

Think: you’re hot
Feel: I’m hot
Say: I love you

#4 Actions

Your Thoughts, Feelings, and Words make up you Beliefs and Self-Esteem.

When you Think, Feel, and Speak in ways that feel bad to you, your self-esteem is low.

When you Think, Feel, and Speak in ways that feel good to you, your self-esteem is high.

When you Act, or make a decision, and you are feeling good, your actions lead to good feeling results.

When you Act, or make a decision, and you are feeling bad, your actions lead to bad feeling results.

How are you feeling when you make your decisions?

1. Your Thoughts
2. Your Feelings
3. Your Words
+ 4. Your Actions
===========
= Your Results

The better you feel when you make your decisions . . . then better your results end up feeling.

Find a way to feel the best you can before making your decisions.

If you are feeling frustrated . . . you are looking at the situation in a way that you believe you cannot get to what you desire, and your feeling will inform your decision.

If you are feeling afraid . . . you are looking at the situation in a way that you believe you cannot get to what you desire, and your feeling will inform your decision.

If you are feeling angry . . . you are looking at the situation in a way that you believe you cannot get to what you desire, and your feeling will inform your decision.

If you are feeling happy . . . you are looking at the situation in a way that you believe you can get to what you desire, and your feeling will inform your decision.

Today, take some time to FEEL WHAT YOU ARE FEELING as you make your decisions.

Blessings,

Barry

Spiritual Grid Manifestation DVD by Wendy G. Young

May 10th, 2010

This past weekend, I sat down to Create My Life On Purpose using the Spiritual Grid Manifestation™ DVD by Wendy G. Young.

I first heard of the Spiritual Grid Manifestation™ technique when I met Wendy G. Young at the Phantom Rolls Royce Mastermind Event with Dr. Joe Vitale.

“Your approach of using the body as a manifestation tool
is truly different and very unique.”
Dr. Joe Vitale
, The Secret

I set aside two hours to watch and learn and practice the techniques on the DVD.

You can receive a complimentary audio of 1st 10 minutes of Spiritual Grid Manifestation™ using the following link => SpiritualGrid.com.

On the DVD, Wendy G. Young leads the viewer through a journey of discovery about our place within the Universe. Wendy shares her personal journey and understanding of the Spiritual Grid in a way that the viewer can connect fully with the Essence of Life to CREATE Your Life on Purpose!

My favorite part of the Spiritual Grid Manifestation™ DVD are Wendy’s Guided Visualizations. These images and audios are clear and powerful. I loved using them with the personal desires and projects in my life.

If you find yourself reading this post and being called to find out more about the Spiritual Grid Manifestation™ DVD, I am certain you will find the next key on your life journey through Wendy’s wisdom.

Blessings,

Barry

Radical Forgiveness by Colin Tipping

May 7th, 2010

I was in a great used book store yesterday, when I noticed a book on the shelf that spoke to me.

The book is Radical Forgiveness by Colin Tipping.

I sat down to read this book and immediately found simple and powerful tools that aligned with my own view of life.

Radical Forgiveness is described this way by the author:

[Page 45 Radical Forgiveness [copyright © 2009 Colin Tipping]

With TRADITIONAL FORGIVENESS, the willingness to forgive is present but so is the residual need to condemn. Therefore victim consciousness is maintained and nothing changes.

With RADICAL FORGIVENESS, the willingness to forgive is present but NOT the need to condemn. Therefore the victim consciousness is dropped, and everything changes.

(Victim Consciousness is defined as the conviction that someone else has done something bad to you, and as a direct result, they are responsible for the lack of peace and happiness in your life).

To more fully understand this differentiation, I recommend reading Jill’s story available from Colin Tipping’s web site Free Resource Section: FREE DOWNLOADS

JILL’S STORY LINK

Read Jill’s Story first, and then access the RADICAL FORGIVENESS WORKSHEETS with a clearer basis of understanding.

RADICAL SELF FORGIVENESS/ACCEPTANCE WORKSHEET LINK

I know that when you are ready, you will have a new powerful tool for improving your life.

Blessings,

Barry

Mitch Albom’s Have A Little Faith

May 5th, 2010

I just finished reading Mitch Albom’s latest book, Have a Little Faith.

I was not a fan of the book Tuesdays with Morrie.

I did like The Five People You Meet In Heaven.

I struggled through For One More Day.

I hesitated in picking up Have a Little Faith.

Finally, I picked up Have a Little Faith this past weekend and sat down to read it in one sitting. By the end, my eyes were leaky. Even though there were moments that told me what to think, overall the moments that led me through feeling won out.

Blessings,

Barry
