This past week, I have had many people sharing their stories of physical pain.
Sore hips.
Back problems.
Aging challenges.
Arthritis.
Head Aches.
And many other things.

The basic premise in Adam-Dreamhealer’s work is that the will of the patient plays a major role in healing.
If a patient does not wish to heal - they usually will not heal.
If a patient does consciously choose to heal - they usually heal.

One of the healing tools that Adam suggests is through healing visualizations with white light. Many times, the healing white light is used to place healing energy into one’s body.
- Turn a bright white light on in your brain and radiate it down through your body.
- Turn a bright white light on in your heart and radiate it out into your entire body.
- Turn a bright white light and shoot it out your finger tips and run your hand along your body like a comb, and brush health through your body.

This week as people talked to me about their different health challenges, I had an Ah-Ha.
When each person mentioned their “pain”, I had a image of a “flash of white light” starting and spreading through their body. I shared this with different people, and they connected with this concept, so now I am sharing it with you.
We get to focus on whatever we choose in each moment of our lives.
In the area of health, people either focus on illness or wellness.
Your Attention Sets your Intention.
If You DO NOT Believe You Can Heal Yourself Then You Cannot.
If You Believe You CAN Heal Yourself Then You CAN!
So the next time you experience pain, discomfort, or a challenge, Imagine a “flash of white light” being activated by your conscious thought about it.
Instead of placing your “Attention” on the pain, discomfort, or a challenge … now place your “Attention” on the “flash of white light” being activated by you and within you.

By example, the next time you have an experience of “pain” immediately place your “Attention” into “healing white light being activated” consciously by you. Maintain a Conscious Focused Intent to Bring the White Light Of Health to you.

ps: Using white light towards healing and health is encouraged in addition to any healing work you are already doing. So if you are using medication, still use what you have in place. If you are using counseling, continue that program and use your white light along with it.
